Essential Responsibilities

• Assist the Business Analyst in understanding, documenting, and implementing yesHEis platform features and additional technical infrastructure.
• Actively learn from the Business Analyst and communicate findings to the Product Manager to aid in strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with the Product Manager and team in facilitating the rollout of new features for the yesHEis platform.
• Identify and address business risks related to knowledge concentration within the team.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of features for Sprinklr and Hubspot integration projects.
• Work closely with the team to accelerate feature development and reduce time-to-market.
   

Essential Skills / Experience / Education

• Tertiary education or higher.
• Eagerness to learn and quickly adapt to new technical environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
• A foundational understanding of product features and comfort working in technical settings.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with different team members, including Business Analysts and Product Managers.
• Good command of the English language both spoken and written.
